Our 3 Steps Process:
Step 1: Establish Your Capital Placement Facility
The first step involves setting up your Capital placement facility with us, Securities Vault. You’ll enter into a facility agreement that outlines the terms and conditions. A short form prospectus containing key details about the facility will be prepared and announced publicly, making potential investors aware of this alternative capital raising option for your company.
Step 2: Initiate a Drawdown When Needed
When your company identifies a need for capital, you’ll have the flexibility to initiate a line of trade.
This involves advising to us specifying the minimum price you would identify for your shares. You have the option to amend or cancel the order at any time, providing you with significant control over the capital raising activity.
Step 3: Efficient Share Sale and Settlement
Throughout the process, you’ll receive daily trading reports for complete transparency. Within five (5) business days of the week when share sales occur, we will transfer the net proceeds from the sale directly to your company. We’ll also provide a settlement notice confirming the sale details.
